2. Purpose of this website
This website introduces Mentorleaf and allows parents, guardians and tutors to express interest in early access.
Mentorleaf is under development. Features, screenshots, designs, wording, pricing, availability and launch plans may change before the service is released.
3. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, visitors agree to comply with these Terms.
Anyone who does not agree with these Terms should stop using the website.
4. Early-access registration
Joining a Mentorleaf early-access list:
- does not guarantee access;
- does not guarantee acceptance;
- does not guarantee a particular launch date;
- does not create a tutoring contract;
- does not require Mentorleaf to provide a particular service;
- does not guarantee tutor availability;
- does not guarantee family availability;
- does not guarantee that every feature shown will be released.
Inovidia Limited may control the timing, size and eligibility requirements of any early-access programme.
5. Adult submissions
The early-access forms are intended to be completed by adults aged 18 or over.
Parents or guardians should submit information on behalf of children.
Children should not submit personal information directly through the website.
6. Parent and guardian registrations
Parents and guardians must provide accurate information.
They should not submit unnecessary personal information about a child, including:
- full name;
- school name;
- home address;
- health information;
- disability or special educational needs information;
- safeguarding disclosures;
- identification documents.
Joining the parent list does not create a relationship with a tutor and does not guarantee that a suitable tutor will be available.
7. Tutor registrations
Joining the tutor early-access list is an expression of interest only.
It does not mean that a tutor:
- has been accepted;
- has been verified;
- has passed a DBS check;
- has completed safeguarding checks;
- has been approved to teach through Mentorleaf;
- has entered into a contract with Inovidia Limited.
Future tutor access may be subject to:
- identity checks;
- eligibility checks;
- qualifications or experience checks;
- DBS requirements;
- safeguarding checks;
- references;
- platform rules;
- additional application requirements.
8. Safeguarding
Mentorleaf is being designed to support stronger safeguarding, transparency and professional standards.
No website, identity check, DBS process, recording system or technical feature can eliminate every safeguarding risk.
Parents, tutors and Mentorleaf will each retain responsibilities that will be explained more fully before tutoring services are launched.
Website statements about safeguarding must not be interpreted as an absolute guarantee of safety.
9. Accurate information
Visitors must provide accurate information when completing a form or contacting Mentorleaf.
Users must not:
- impersonate another person;
- knowingly submit false information;
- submit information without authority;
- misuse another person’s email address;
- use the forms for spam or abusive purposes.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- interfere with the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- overload or attack the website;
- scrape the website unlawfully;
- submit offensive, harmful or illegal material;

Inovidia Limited may block access or remove a person from an early-access list where misuse is reasonably suspected.

The Mentorleaf name, logos, website, product interfaces, designs, text, graphics, software concepts and other materials are owned by or licensed to Inovidia Limited.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Normal personal viewing and use of the website are permitted.
12. Product screenshots and prototypes
Screenshots, dashboard images and product demonstrations may show prototypes, planned features or pre-release functionality.
They are provided to illustrate the intended direction of Mentorleaf.
They do not guarantee that every feature will be available at launch or remain unchanged.
13. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party providers for:
- hosting;
- website security;
- content delivery;
- email-list management;
- form processing;
- technical services.
Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Inovidia Limited remains responsible for its own legal obligations but does not control independent third-party websites.
14. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee:

- that every planned feature will launch;

- that early access will be offered to every applicant.

The early-access website does not provide tutoring, educational, legal, safeguarding or professional advice.
Joining a list does not guarantee:
- improved academic results;
- access to a particular tutor;
- acceptance as a tutor;
- availability in a particular area;
- any specific educational outcome.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, Inovidia Limited will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising solely from:
- reliance on pre-release product concepts;
- temporary website unavailability;
- failure to obtain early access;
- changes to planned features;
- failure to receive an early-access email;
- third-party websites outside our control.
These Terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
17. Removal from early access
Inovidia Limited may refuse, suspend or remove an early-access registration where:
- false information has been supplied;
- the website or forms have been misused;
- eligibility requirements are not met;
- safeguarding concerns arise;
- continuing the registration would create legal, security or operational risk.
18. Changes to the website or terms
We may update the website, early-access programme or these Terms.
The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and civil-procedure rules may hear disputes relating to these Terms.
